WHAT:

On March 26, 2009, Upgrade! Munich and lothringer13/spiegel premiered a new DVD compilation of short art videos made by Munich artists. The DVD is part of a project conceived and implemented by the Upgrade!

International network to exchange and exhibit video art compilations among different nodes of the network. The first international screening of the DVD was at the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Upgrade! New York at the Eyebeam Art and Technology Center in New York.

Now, from October-November 2009, the videos will be shown in a longer exhibit at the lothringer13/spiegel here in Munich. We are pleased to be able to show "Vancouver Fraction," the video art compilation from Upgrade! Vancouver, in the exhibit as well.

After the exhibit the DVDs will become part of the lothringer13/spiegel archive and will be available for viewing in its video library.
